Resources for Couples Experiencing Relational Distress

by Dr. Barbara Lowe

Couples can go through difficult times where it can seem like there are too many problems and too few solutions. Feelings of guilt, shame, fear, and anger can well up and both individuals within the couple can feel lost and alone. Couples who are in distress need to be empowered with knowledge, support, and customized communication and therapeutic interventions. At GPSS, our staff members are experts in addressing relationships in a way that facilitates overall progress and growth, renewed love, and increased wholeness. Below, we have listed resources that can be useful in your family’s journey.
