Meddy's Mindful Morning Smoothie

Meddy believes in balance and moderation, and he is not opposed to having pizza and dessert here and there. But he also believes in gentle nutrition. He mindfully starts his day off right with a nourishing smoothie that energizes and fuels his morning. Here is the recipe for one of his favorite morning smoothie's:

Makes 2-3 servings

1 1/2 cups Kiefer
1/2 cup Alove Vera juice
2 cups chopped kale,
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/3 can chickpeas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
6 (frozen) figs (Meddy buys a bag of Turkish figs from amazon and throws them in the freezer) 6 (frozen) pitted dates (Meddy buys a bag of pitted dates from amazon and throws them in the freezer)

one banana
powdered superfood red‘s two scoops (2 servings, Meddy uses Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds, scoop included)
powdered superfood greens two scoops (2 servings, Meddy uses Dr. Gundry's Primal Plants, scoop, included)

Optional additions:

1/2 cup cauliflower
2 small cooked beets
Add more dates or Stevia for sweeter taste

Blend for 3 minutes in high powered blender.
